I’ve been looking at app.landlordcompliace.io online, a diary to put in dates that will generate email reminders.
Does anyone use such a service?
How safe is it putting property data online?
I have never liked the idea of depending on paid for third party apps, not when it can be done some other way. Small companies often disappear and you are always faced with price hikes.
Google calendar will send email reminders.
Any online service is at risk of a data leak, the risk cannot ever be removed. (Same applies no matter where it’s stored, including someone’s own computer).
