For any overseas tenant arrives in UK, is there any legal responsibility of landlord to ensure the quarantine? My tenant will stay with her friend in another city and plan to check in with the rented property before 14 days quarantine period is due. From my understanding the quarantine means no travel within 14 days. So I am worried. Is there anything that landlord can do?
