Hi found the above company rent gaurantor who said thst they can accept my application for them to be a guarantor.
However it appears that alot of letting agencies do not acvept companies but only individuals who earn 3.5. Times the rent and sometimes are also homeowners
Ive tried dexters , kfh and the other major ones as well as the smaller agencies but they dont accept.them
So wondering if anybody knows agencies in the london area that do.
As luck would have it i should have questioned rent gusrantor before the 20£ for them to confirm acceptance they did a credit check and id check but when questioning as to what agencies they have workef with thry cant say !!!
