Letting to Wakefield Council

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is any one in this community who has let their properties to Wakefield Council or council in general. what are their experiences and would they recommend it ? Wakefield council usually lease for 3 years and contract is b/w landlord and council. they say they will pay for general maintenance(not sure what it consist).

Way to get rid of their hard to let applicants . Once in ,you are on your own !
