I have applied for a property. The landlord wants to accept my application, however he is reporting that he’s getting told my email address is invalid.
I went to check and found that on the ‘manage your application’ page, I am for some reason listed twice under ‘my housemates’. The first listing has my correct email address, but the second listing has a mis-typed version of my email address that is indeed invalid. There is no way for me to remove this second listing.
The application says that ‘tenants are undergoing credit check’ but the landlord reports this has already happened at this end.
How do I resolve this to allow my application to complete?
