I’m a professional looking for a 1 bed property in Canterbury at a reasonable price. I’m renting a property and living there in the last 8 years, never been late with the rent and have a good relationship with my landlord. Unfortunately my landlord decided to sell the house when the current tenancy agreement ends.
I would be greatful for any info/offer/help from landlords who has 1 bed properties to let in Canterbury preferably for long term.
I would consider a houseshare too with 1 person if the property is suitable for my needs.
