im Julian. I am 29 im looking for a flat for £385 in either in falkirk, dundee glasgow or nearby areas for the 31st aug
i want to book a viewing on 14th earliest or any day after, anytime after 12.30
im on benefits and i get £1190 monthly esa 380 every two weeks 430 once a month. I can pay depo and 1 months rent upfront only on 31st as thats when ill enough.
I’m a tidy person i don’t like mess and i like spacious rooms without too much clutter.
im looking a minimum of 3-6 months or 1 year

Im easy going, don’t like a lot if noise like parties and stuff.

need to know before viewing to save wasting time and money

do i need a guarantor cant provide one?
any credit check required cant do it?
have washing machine or any furnishings ?
does it have good enough Wi-Fi
close to shops and or a super market?
i dont have any pets
dont smoke or drink
