She’s been a fabulous tenant and I want to help her and her son find a new home. Our house is Catford area. Anything South East London would be good for her. I can recommend her whole-heartedly. Can anyone help?
Worth mentioning, that during the time that she has been in our house, her husband left her. She therefore now gets part of her income from Universal Credit. This makes her look less than desirable on paper, but I can assure any landlord that she has never once missed paying rent. She has two guarantors.
