My current tenant is moving out at the end of month. Who did you use to do the move out inspection before giving the security deposit back? I cannot do it as I live abroad

I would use same company you used for move in inventory so you get an identical comparable report

Ask to see a sample report. Make sure tenant or someone else will be able to let in to avoid cancelation fees.
Unless you have photos of condition at start or other evidence (eg correspondence during tenancy about da n age) youll find it hard to make a claim from a deposit scheme if tenant challenges -sorry if obv
