Need Referencing Application to show savings but Can't wait 30 days

I’m in the referencing application with a place that is perfect, since I am on benefits and is close to friends and support networks. I’ve linked my accounts to prove my income from benefits, but the landlord needs to see I got savings on the actual report itself. Open Banking doesn’t recognise my ISA account, so I had to move my funds to my classic account. Now I find out that the system recognise my savings because it registers the minimum balance in the last 30 days. OpenRent have been leading me in circles all week and I managed to get them to escalate and give me a call back, but they never do. I actually read out the 20+ long email chain, before he finally said that the team will have to consider it more seriously, but I’m at the end of my rope.

I have tried combing through the application sections to see if I can enter it manually. I have tried connecting my bank account again, calling my bank to see if maybe it is something on their end.

I just need the referencing application report to say that I got savings that I claim to have.
The landlord says that he can’t keep dragging this on and I want to move out and get this over with.

Any advice and help welcomed.

@Jodie22 sorry to hear your difficulties. Doubt OR will show savings from an account they don’t have access to through openbanking so ask them to explain to LL that their report doesn’t measure all savings accounts and add something to report to say so. Think they don’t generally accept docs as these can be faked easily. If the savings now in your main account they should show up when OR re run their checks so maybe wait till the £ in your main account and then ask them to redo the report at their end in due course.

And show LL the transfer of funds and new balance onscreen in a video call?

Good luck
