Are OR going to release their new APT to members in the near future? It would be very useful to see the structure and wording as soon as possible. As the new APT is likely to be completely uniform for all tenancies, it would also be very helpful to have standardised Pet Form and a Deed of Guarantee.
Give them chance. LOL. The Renters Rights bill has only just received Royal ascent, it’s going to take weeks for the legal teams to finalise and work out the details.
