Hi I have a residential 3 bed flat that has always been let to residential tenants It is about to become available and I have a local vet practise that wants to rent it for 2 employes I have no experence with this kind of letting and any advise for and against would be appriciated

it sounds like a rent-2-rent strategy- the vet practice rents it from you; it then rents it out to others. it is not always a scam i think. you can research what your responsibilities are as the landlord. your rent will be guaranteed for the whole period etc
