What should I do if no response from the landlord after chasing?
Need to explain the circumstances. IE is this a property enquiry, or are you an existing tenant, methods of contact and reasons

You could decide that this LL is not for you? Communication is a two-way street. You don’t want to be stuck in a problem property with a LL who ghosts you.

please tell us when original question sent, how, what about and how long you left before chasing? So we can advise you properly
LLs often have other jobs, don’t sit waiting for your call/message and make be dealing with many tenants so if it wasn’t an emergency/safety issue you really shouldn’t expect instant replies
Check whom your tenancy agreement say to contact- it is often a mgt Co or letting agency not the LL
Try using please and thank you in your messages to strangers
Try a bit of patience, prayer or swearing or contact OR support
