Hi All - has anyone had issues with not receiving replies from landlords, or openrent despite multiple chases & messages on the customer service messaging service. It seems the reply within 1 working day statement is a bit loose.
It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve heard nothing from OpenRent or the landlords i’ve enquired with - does anyone have a phone number for customer services? I cannot find any numbers to call at all.

If you have enquired about individual properties, then it will not be open rent that are replying to you, it would be the individual landlords.
if they have not replied, you should assume you have not been successful
Hi Karl - yes I understand that landlords are the ones I’m waiting for replies to my enquiries on but I also have messaged openrent multiple times and received no reply, hence my frustration,
i did get in touch with one landlord separately who confirmed they never received my enquiry on openrent, which led to my messages to openrent themselves rather than accepting I’ve been unsuccessful, as there must be something not working quite right here for me.
