Is it normal for the tenancy agreement to not include any info about the room to be rented such as the room number, or room type (flat or shared..etc), or even floor?
When you advertised, it asked you a question whether you’re renting the whole house or part of it, or something to that effect. Did you fill that bit in right?
I’m not advertising, I’m a potential tenant renting a flat from a company. The agreement/contract they sent doesn’t include any info about what room it is. Is that normal in a contract?
If you are renting a room it should state your room number and document shared areas
By the sounds of it, they are renting a full flat, so not a HMO, in which case I’d expect the rental agreement to show the flats full postal address.
