Has anyone else had problems with enquiries not being created when tenants attempt to contact via OnTheMarket.
I’ve had one person tell me they applied, but I never received anything - Fortunately another member of the party also applied differently and I got the enquiry. I also did a test enquiry which didn’t arrive.
