I have purchase the referencing service from open rent . And have contacted potential Tenant to upload details. He is unable to upload references and he needs to pay £30 pounds to due so .Even though i have paid for this. Could please have assistance with this. kind regards

When you paid for the referencing, the applicant would’ve got an email with a link for them to complete their details. This will include ideally a link to their open banking. You should be able to view the status of what they have done on your openrent login (view references) I’ve never had a tenant suggest that they have been asked to pay £30, so I have no idea what they are looking at.
