We rented a flat through online viewing due to lockdown, when we enter the flat we find it extremely dirty and suffocating, landlord is arranging the cleaners now but it should have been done before we enter the house, can I ask for my rent back if I leave the house in 10 days(looking for new house takes time)

I don’t see why you need to move if the landlords having the house cleaned for you. Clearly this should have been done before but now th e situation is being rectified.

Also, if you have a contract signed by both parties, you are committed to pay the rent for the duration of your contract. You can’t now change your mind!
I do have sympathy for your situation - sorry if I came across as abrupt.
