Open rent income assessment issue/rent guarantee insurance

We have a tenant that will have substantial savings from the sale of their house and use those savings alongside a pension to pay our rent - they will get only get there savings upon completion and when they move into our house. We want to get rent guarantee insurance, but our potential tenant is failing on open rents income assessment because the money is not in their account yet. is there a way to get around this and provide proof to open rent on the value of their house and the money they will be getting?
