Listed my property too early and had 19 enquiries. Then messaged several asking if they wanted to view. Not one replied. So cancelled down the ad and relisted but getting no enquiries. Any reason why this would be? Its woth a 2 week period of first listing demisting and resisting.
I think this is a good strategy, provided it’s not too far away from when it is actually available. I tend to list around 2 months in advance.
I think it’s money well spent as you are gaining the new listing boost which I find has better impact than a price drop boost.
Assuming though that you are on right move which you now have to pay extra for? If not this may well be the reason.
