Openrent Inventory Service - Format

Has any used the OpenRent inventory service? I’m thinking of using it for convenience & the fact it’s accredited in the event of any future dispute.

I’m interested in the format. Do you get an editable word document? Reason being that my flat is furnished but I would potentially be removing items that the tenant didn’t want prior to tenancy starting, therefore I would need to be able to edit the baseline report produced by openrent prior to signoff.

I’ve never seen it, but I doubt it would be editable, otherwise its a bit pointless as being an independent check. I think you need to remove stuff, get the house as it will be, and then arrange the inventory.
