Hello all. Is anyone else finding that their rent, via the £10/month rent management service, is getting transferred across later and later in recent months ? ---

Hi @Steve11 Thanks for your question. OpenRent will release all rent (excluding the initial rent payment at the start of the tenancy) within one working day of it being paid by the tenant(s). However, there are a few reasons that it might take a bit longer for the funds to reach you and it’s always worth remembering that while the majority of bank transfers are completed within hours it can occasionally take up to five working days. If you have any specific questions about your tenancy(s) then please contact our customer support team by clicking the blue “need help” button at the bottom of your screen. Our support team is available 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Saturday. ---
