Hi I have paid the full balance on rent now but another payment has been made on top of this mistakenly using bank transfer, I was wondering would that be transferred to the landlord on top what’s already been paid? Ideally I would like it to. Has anyone had this in the past?
I believe it will all be paid over to the landlord approximately 10 days after you move in

If you wish to return any rental payments back to the tenants, you will have to arrange the repayment directly with the tenant.”
