Hi I am looking at 2 flat that are the same except one with secured private parking underground and the other with private parking in open air (not permit street parking)
Is there a price difference for those things? e.g. open air one should be cheaper and by a certain amount?

Not really as they are both secure private parking. Cars are made to be able to spend their lives outdoors.
well, one need a fob to open the gate to park inside, the other just drive in and part in the space without entering any barriers. for cars staying outside, you get trees birds and heats in the summer and it quickly gets messed not to mention it is more vulnerable to theft. Given all that cons it should make no difference in terms of prices?
