I have served my tenant a section 8 ( grounds 12 & 13 ) and now in the process in trying to fill out a N5 & N119 form to serve to court, can anyone help me with this on what sections should be filled out?
Before you go ahead with this, have you taken.advice from a solicitor or landlord association on your chances of success? Grounds 12 and 13 are discretionary and unless the tenant has committed very seriously breaches of the agreement and destroyed most of the furniture, I think you’d be unlikely to win possession on those grounds alone.
