Hello

Does anyone understand how Open Rent’s photography service cancellation/rearrangement policy?

The email says free cancellation as long as you do so more than 24 hours in advance. But when I go to cancel it says I will be charged £48. It’s not yet 24 hours. I’ve been trying to rearrange the time of my appointment since yesterday but no response.

I also don’t understand how the photography service works. I had assumed I would be contacted by one photographer via open rent messages - but instead I got one message asking for my number and then a few photographers called and messaged me who don’t seem to know about each other. Is that is what is meant to happen?
