We haven’t received the service from Open Rent as promised, the result is chaos. Is it possible for us to request a refund from Open Rent to compensate us?

Yod dont say which service you paid for what happened, what wasnt delivered etc
I’m sure you can request anything you like. Whether they will refund or compensate depends what happened and whether you have a case. Just like any other service you pay for. You’ll have more consumer protection if you paid via credit card.
Contact OR Support in first instance I’d suggest

What a ridiculous question. Obviously, you can request a refund from any supplier. Whether you get it is a different question, and one we cannot comment on, with absolutely no information.
