If one makes large pension contributions, then OpenRent’s automatic check of income payments, of online bank statements, will raise a warning - saying that one’s declared salary is a lot higher than the accumulative payments one has received from employment over the year.
There are quite a few other issues with the site too.
do you mean voluntary contributions via your employer?
If so, then I don’t see how this is an issue. From a LL’s perspective, I want to know if you have enough income to pay the rent and your other necessities plus something to weather life’s storms. If you decide to pay your pension instead of your rent, that’s a concern for me.
Or perhaps I’m misunderstanding the issue you raise and if so, forgive me.
