# Problem with landlord handyman

Well hes trying to make out that gaps in the windows because they arnt closing property is ventilation! Come on! He hasnt even seen any pictures. Think its a case of tight landlords defending other tight landlords. Anything to get out of paying for repairs!

As a landlord I’ve facilitated the trades by always being present instead of relying upon the tenant’s availability. At least I fully know what the issues are. Saved me some very large unnecessary expenses over the years to pay for my time and avoid unnecessary inconvenience and time wasting for the tenants.
