Problems opening the Community page on a tablet?

About 3 months ago I found I could no longer access the OR Community pages on my iPad using either Safari or Chrome. The page header loads but no content. All fine on my PC.

Anyone else had an problems?

Hi Tony, we use Discourse for our Community. If the platform is having issues with your device, then there may not be loads that we at OpenRent can do.

If you’re on an iPad, are you on the latest iOS update?


Thanks Sam, I’m on the latest iOS version that my iPad mini 2 will support. That’s a couple of versions behind now.

Ah OK Tony. It could be that Discourse no longer supports the operating system your device runs on.
