We are a professional couple looking for a comfortable, well-maintained property to rent on a long-term basis.
I am self-employed in the construction industry with a stable annual income of approximately £45,000–£50,000. My partner is currently looking for permanent full-time employment, and she already has several job offers from potential employers, with an expected annual income of approximately £27,000–£30,000.
We are responsible, clean and respectful tenants and would take great care of the property.
We can provide references/recommendations from previous landlords and any other documents required for the referencing process.
Additional option: We also have another professional couple who are close friends and are currently looking for accommodation. We would therefore also be open to considering a full semi-detached house together, provided there are two separate entrances and private living arrangements for each couple.
Ideally, we would also like the property to be within walking distance of supermarkets, although this is not essential.
