# Property for Supported Living providers

Hi All South London and Kent Landlords, I am looking for min 3 no max beds houses or bungalows to rent for supported living providers. The Supported Living providers typically require a lease of 3-5 years. The rent is guaranteed with no voids. The maintenance of the property is all taken care of by the provider. My company will rent and sub-let the property to the Supported Living provider. We will take care of any issues with the tenant so Landlords have a hands free legally binding agreement with guaranteed income with no management fees of any kind. There is a vast shortage of housing in the South East and these Supported Living providers are in dire need for accommodation.
