Hi, I’ve a house to let out next month and starting to think about best way to only show property to suitable tenants rather than everyone who enquires. I had lots of interest at last void but with Covid and time constraints I’m hoping to minimise actual viewings. First I have house in tip top condition and decor, taken a video to share with potential tenants but what about screening questions? I will state deposit , rent in advance, employer confirmation, personal ID, previous landlord reference, credit checks, bank statements and possible guarantor all required but is there anything anyone else puts on the Openrent automatic response to clients before proceeding to discussions about a viewing. ---

David 122 has posted a long list on this subject either this month or last. If you put your question into the search engine it should come up ---
