Yes, Iām sorry to say that I think it will be a problem, particularly if the family that are supporting you are not UK based. Your family could stop the payments at any point. Do you have entitlement to uk state benefits to pick up the bill if this happened?
You might try looking for properties with a live-in landlord. Tenancies can be brought to and end much quicker in this case and so landlords may be less concerned about the risk.
