I have the prospective tenant referencing being completed successfully. But there has not been follow up for holding deposit and contract being formulated. I am happy to proceed with the tenant.
It is not giving me the option to request for holding deposit in my account. Please could you assist me with this.

When tenants enquire, via the messaging portal, the option to ‘proceed with this tenant’ is normally very visible. This requests they place a holding deposit. When they do this, the system then walks you through to the ‘order referencing option’, and when they come back, the option to ‘proceed to contract’, again is very visible.
I’m now sure how you could be missing all of these messages. Are you able to send screen pics of what you are looking at?
