# Referencing. Existing credit accounts

This section of my Openrent speedy reference reports that my prospective tenant has several open credit accounts. The reference passes, but with risk level (only just) in the high bracket. Should I be concerned?

I would ask to see 6 months bank statements and 6 months of each credit card to see what is going on.
