Hi Folks. Currently awaiting two prospective tenants to complete their comprehensive referencing. One of them texted me this:
“Having difficulty completing the Open Bank check because my Clydesdale account was taken over by Virgin Money. So I tried, it asks for Customer ID and won’t let you proceed without it. I called Virgin Money and they said there isn’t one associated with my account because it used to be with Clydesdale……?”
I know I still I have my 10 digit Customer ID No from my old Clydesdale account.
Any thoughts folks?
