Can anyone recommend a referencing company? So far I’ve been using Checkboard, but a lot of users are reporting technical problems using their system, the latest being the open banking check fails due to “expired permission”.
Of course I only know what applicants tell me, and it could be user error, but interested to hear recommendations of other companies if I have to abandon Checkboard.
