I accidentally only wrote my salary income when applying for a house and my enquiry was rejected. I’m trying to get in touch with someone to try and fix this but because I was already rejected it won’t let me discuss that house. I don’t know what to do. I’m desperate for the house and it was a simple mistake that I can’t correct
Have you tried contacting Open Rent themselves to see if they can advise you
And i know its not helpful but if your “desperate for the house” take a bit more care and throughly check what you are inputting BEFORE doing so as this error is completely your fault.
It may be that you dont meet the criteria now so you may have to suck it up and move on

If the person advertises more than one property, try applying for another one, explain your mistake and ask politely to be reconsidered for the house you’re interested in. If there’s only one property on their list, I guess there’s not much you can do.
