At the moment I am sure Open Rent’s rent collection. If the tenants continue to stay and will the rent collection service continue if there is a rolling contract? I will look at the rent closer to the time but would like to know what would happen if I let the tenancy continue and if I can keep the rent collection service.

Thanks for posting. Yes Rent Collection will continue as normal if the tenancy goes periodic. It will only be disabled if you turn it off either explicitly, or as part of the “end of tenancy” process if/when you decide to end the tenancy on the platform.
