So my tenant got charged by Rent Now after they left my property and now my account is in credit. Do I just ask the tenant for there bank details?
Rent now is paid via Standing Order, which is wholly controlled by the tenant. You firstly, need to check they have cancelled the standing order with their bank to avoid future payments, and then yes, refund it yourself.
