My tenants moved in on 29th April but open rent has made a mistake and advised next monthly payment on 29 June missing off may 29th payment . I have tried several times to contact them to change on the portal but to no luck
@Melanie29 perhaps the moderators @mod_emma or @mod_harry can look into for you as that doesn’t sound right.
Are you using OR to do the rent collection?

To clarify, this isn’t a system error. As the May 29th payment date has already passed, the portal shows the next upcoming due date.
