I am looking for a rental property in the New Mills, Derbyshire or surrounding area. I want to move closer to work (New Mills). I am in full time employment (3.5 years in current job). I am looking for either a 1 or 2 bed flat or house. I will be the sole occupant. Preferably with space to park. I dont smoke and dont have any pets. My credit score is not good. Usual cliche left an ex and ended up in debt. Its nearly all paid off. I can provide proof of affordability, wage slips, bank statements. I can provide 6 months rent upfront if required. Looking for a long term let with an approximate rental of between £700 and £800.
