# Renting When Temping

Hi

I posted the above question over six months ago yet I’ve not received any replies.

Surely there’s someone out there who can answer this question for me please!!!

Do you want to know if you will be able to secure a property whilst temping?

If your employment is pretty stable and you have a sufficient regular income which you can prove and which is deemed enough to cover the rent (3 - 3.5 times the rent) I would assume you could try.

Obviously it’s the LL’s choice who they pick and due to your work potentially being irregular you may be asked for a guarantor.
