So does everyone use the online services to tick this box? If so who do you use? I have 4 non UK tenants about to move into my house and I just need to do this stage so any help greatly received.
If I don’t need to spend money to do this, please do educate me.

I’d strongly suggest some landlord training as there are many other regulations you may not be aware of, with stiff penalties.
The tenants must give you a Share Code. You go onto the government website to verify their Right To Rent status. Save the information incase you are challenged. They will usually have a limited time to remain. Remember to perform follow up checks a couple months before the end date. There is no charge for using this service.

if you do the landlord training available via a number of landlord associations, you’ll find it simple and comprehensive. Def worth paying for. The cheapest form of insurance you’ll buy.
