Solicitor is saying my section 21 is invalid as the prescribed information isn’t signed by myself(which it isn’t) openrent are saying it’s valid as it was sent to tenant with tenancy agreement which is signed.
Anyone else successfully gone to court with a section 21 and had eviction upheld?
The PI does need to be signed by the landlord, but I think you should check again with Openrent whether their rentnow process signs it electronically. If necessary get a second opinion from a specialist L&T solicitor.
The deposit information I can view via Openrent dashboard clearly shows my electronic signature.
