Hello OpenRent community!
Landlord in distress! I have a nuissance tenant that is using the corona pandemic to avoid paying any rent at all for all of 2021.
Does anyone know an excellent property lawyer that could deal with evictions - and dealing with a generally unsavoury character?

I use Stewart Bailey Hibberts
You can also use mediators eg Gothard Rowe (Julie). They can mediate to get your money using charitable sources etc but it’s more if you want to keep the tenant
If you want to evict then it’s not worth your while using this mediator
