The thing is buyers will correct their offer price for the exorbitant fees, so expect low bids.
I don’t see any advantage of these over a traditional auction really… just seems to be a way of upping the fees all round.

Thanks Richard…after 3 months…no bids…and estate agent used by auction house …no feedback…withdrew from auction…back to different taditional estate agent …sold to 2nd vieweron the same day…first one took too long to decide…2nd viewer decided b4 they left property…asking price too…so hopefully sale goes through…
Being a LL too much hassle here in Wales now…tenants seem to have more rights than LL…WAG complicated agreements made things worse… surely tenant/LL should have equal rights?
