How can we skip the “Holding Deposit” step and “Tenant Referencing” step and enter straight into the “Contract Signing” step?
We have paid for Rent Now service and found a tenant that we would like to rent to. However, we want to skip the above-mentioned steps and draft a tenancy agreement and obtain digital signature from the tenant.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
If you are using RetNow, your prospective tenant MUST pay the 1 week holding deposit. There is not an option for this not to happen.
Once they have paid this, you can proceed to issue the contract. Referencing is optional. They then pay the rest of the 1st monthly rent & security deposit before move-in, less the 1week holding deposit already paid.
