Can Landlord and tenant whom already agreed on the letting of the property use Open Rent to sing a contract to make it official and legally binding, thanks.

If the tenancy has not yet started yes. You’d need to advertise the property, Pay for RentNow, then add your tenants details in manually, then pause your advert, then invite them to place holding deposit. Once they have done this you can issue the Openrent Digital rental contract for online signature.

Thank you very much that will definitely help us as tenancy isn’t started yet it will at a later date, it will better if the contract is on Open Rent
